A Void clean is required when a property has been recently vacated, has been severely neglected or has been a squatting site. We clear all contents of the property, abandoned furniture, waste and carpets if required. All external waste can be removed too. We then carry out an extensive clean which includes a deep clean of kitchens and bathrooms along with odour and fumigation treatments where necessary.
We price void cleans based on the level of contamination, volume of waste, access to the property and any biohazard or pest control measures needed.
