CLEARANCE

We are fully trained in waste handling, disposal and cleaning. We handle clearances from homes and commercial premises and can dispose of any unwanted items such as general waste, furniture, appliances and single bulky items. All waste is disposed of at appropriate disposal facilities.

In the situation of a vacant property, where the tenancy has ended, squatters have been present or just general neglect, it can require a significant restoration to bring the property back to a safe habitable standard.

We offer a comprehensive service that will ensure the property is safe for follow on workers or occupancy. Our Void clearance service provides a complete removal of all rubbish, furniture and general waste as well as  safe removal and disposal of any hazardous waste such as sharps and drug paraphernalia.

Gardens can easily become neglected or in some situations used as an area for general or hazardous waste. We provide the safe disposal of all garden waste. We can also provide a thorough search and removal of all hazardous waste and any general or bulky waste. Reducing risks and restoring the environment for the residents.

To comply with UK fire regulations all communal areas must be kept clear of personal items and any obstructions. To prevent fire risks, blocked escape routes and to allow emergency access. We work with housing providers and landlords to remove and safely dispose of any unclaimed or unwanted items that have been left in these spaces.

Fly tipped waste is any waste illegally dumped on private or commercial land. This can pose environmental and health hazards as well as legal liabilities.

We offer a rapid response and are fully trained in handling potentially hazardous materials often found in fly tipped waste such as asbestos, chemicals and sharps. We use fully licensed waste disposal units and can provide a full audit trail and waste transfer notes.
